Job Description
As part of this busy and growing HRS team, you will be responsible for advising clients from fast growing entrepreneurial companies to global businesses on the full range of international employment tax and people issues, helping them plan and implement their global assignments effectively. There are a wide range of clients from technology companies to traditional industries, including inward investors and UK plc's. The successful individual will be provided with a wide range of challenging work opportunities.
The role is varied and includes a high level of direct contact with clients and other internal teams globally. You will be assigned to a portfolio of clients and participate in the business development programme working at times directly to team Senior Managers. The role will be client facing from the start and our client are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of their client relationship team on some of their key clients. We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and who can manage their time in order to service clients effectively. On the client side, you will be dealing with HR managers and also queries from directly from their international assignees.
