Job Description
A position has become available for a purchase ledger clerk to start ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis for a company based nr Waterloo.
The right candidate will be of graduate calibre and have prior experience in purchase ledger and be looking to work in a similar role which does have scope for further development. Reporting to the Financial controller and working in a team of 4, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Matching,batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Taking on other duties when delegated by the Financial controller The company specialise in producing tele-confrencing equipment for companies based in the UK and within Europe. They have been established for over 15 years and have a strong presence in their market.
Please only apply for this role if you have previous experience in the above duties, are immediately available and have experience using Sage Line 50.
