Job Description

Transaction Services Executive job for a top 4 firm within their Corporate Finance team in Nottingham.

Their multidisciplinary approach means that their expertise spans the complete transaction chain including initial assessment, structuring, financial and commercial due diligence, assistance with contracts and much more. This is reflected in the breadth of transactions they are involved in - from IPOs, acquisitions and disposals to joint ventures and private equity related projects.
The projects that Transaction Services work on are often time pressured and will involve working in a variety of project teams. Working as a Transaction Services Assistant Manager you will:


- Work on projects to a successful conclusion within agreed timescales
- Oversee and direct work of some less experienced members of staff.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals
- Have the ability to see the big picture, and interpret findings to give business advice
- Develop relationships with client staff, actively manage client interfaces, and take responsibility for delivery and fulfilment of projects
- Support business development initiatives Define an appropriate scope of work and budget accordingly.
