Job Description

Our client, a world renowned manufacturer, needs an experienced Payroll Clerk to join its finance team on a temporary basis with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.  The role reports directly to the Payroll Supervisor and the responsibilities include the following: 
  • Processing of monthly (260) and weekly (180) salaries and their payment by BACSTEL
  • Payroll related reconciliations
  • Processing AC1 expenses
  • Daily reconciliations of Lloyds Link Bank statements
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Liaison with HM Revenue and Customs
  • Acting as Cashier
  • Computerised Payroll Experience. SAP and KVPAY experience an advantage.
