Job Description

This is an excellent, all-round opportunity to join the small finance team of a successful software company based in Camberley. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller and will be responsible for sales invoices, supplier invoices, maintenance of employee expense claim forms, identifying and remedying incorrect entries in the accounts, preparing and processing monthly BACS and sending cheque payments to suppliers, preparing and processing monthly salaries and expenses, Inland Revenue and Pensions payments, reconciliation of the payroll nominal ledger accounts, daily reconciliations of bank accounts, ensuring all cheques and cash are banked, preparation of quarterly VAT and Intrastat returns, credit control (as required), reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and support for the preparation of monthly and annual accounts.
