Job details: Credit Controller, Basildon, Essex
- Managing 150 live accounts / projects
- Debt values up to £1 million
- Chasing debts, part payments and retentions
- Cashflow forecasting
- Reconciling accounts
- Credit Checking
- Advising and liaising with Sales/ Production to resolve queries and snags
- Posting cash Sending statement of account to customers
- Monthly reporting to Finance Director
- Advising Finance Director regarding potential bad debts and provision requirements
- Account for CIS, Retention and maintain control over these deductions
- 13-week rolling cash receipts forecast
- Chase retentions when they fall due VAT EU sales returns
- VAT - sales analysis and reconciliation with Sage & VAT return Reporting
