Management Accounts / Bookkeeping Manager job with a leading East Midlands practice based in Derby. Our client is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors in Derby, specialising in both growing and established owner-managed businesses. They offer a full range of integrated services under one roof, including audit and assurance; tax advisory; corporate finance; corporate recovery; forensic and investigations; IT consultancy; financial services and business services including HR consultancy, payroll, bookkeeping and management accounts. This practice attracts clients and staff due to it's highly regarded reputation and due to the quality and accessibility of it's people. The practice boasts premises with state of the art technology and meeting facilities, making it easy to host client meetings, seminars and training facilities. As a result, the clients benefit from this through faster access to information and advice. They are now seeking to recruit a bookkeeping manager into their Outsourced Business Services team. They will be managing a team of bookkeepers and will be required to work in the office and on-site at client premises. The ability to understand management accounts is a key requirement for this role and acting as a trainer and mentor for the team is important.
Having spent your recent career within the profession, you will be experienced and confident managing a team delivering audit exempt services to clients and focusing on management accounts and bookkeeping.
