Job Description

Duties will include
•All aspects of purchase ledger,
•matching, batching and coding of invoices
•Dealing with internal and external queries.
•Supplier statement reconciliation and checking of payment runs.
•Matching invoices with purchase orders
•Managing the payment runs (BACS & Cheques).
•Preparing manual cheques, CHAPS and International Money Mover forms
•Providing administrative support in order to ensure effective office operations
