Personal Tax Senior - Leeds
Through continued growth of this successful independent firm of accountants, a rare opportunity has arisen to join the medical section of the tax department. Managing a client portfolio of medical professionals, you will be responsible for general tax compliance and planning work for these clients. This portfolio consists of doctors in general practice, hospital consultants, locums and non-principal GPs.
General responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of income tax computations, partnership and personal tax returns and personal expense claims.
- Advising on CGT issues affecting GP partnerships and suggesting tax planning strategies.
- Involvement in the calculation of superannuation.
You will be actively encouraged to develop your career within the firm and full study support will be on offer if required.
The role would suit a personal tax senior with previous experience of dealing with medical clients.
