Job Description
Accounts Administrator required for a temporary assignment based in the centre of Stockport. Working within the Cash and Banking department, you will be responsible for reconciling petty cash payments, allocating payments to relevant bank accounts and updating journals on a daily basis.
Ideally you will be immediately available for a quick start, and be local to the Stockport/South Manchester area. Experience in a previous cash/banking role is essential and you must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in you work, and most importantly have good excel skills. Ideally you will be competent in using Spreadsheets and formulas, and be able to run Macros
This is a national company with head offices based in Stockport. Close to Stockport bus and train stations, it is easily accessible on public transport. You will be working in a large, open plan office as part of a large team, so you must be a confident communicator and team player, willing to help your team mates at busy periods.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
