Job Description
As Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for providing operational support to the business. You will support with generalist HR tasks such as Employee Relations, Reward and Recognition, Resourcing and Retention, Employee Development and Succession Planning. You will be used to operating at a senior level within a business and be comfortable operating within a stand alone capacity. You will be comfortable working with and influencing at board level on a wide range of strategic Human Resources issues. You will be a Chartered Member or Fellow of the CIPD and of graduate calibre.
