Job Description
Financial Coordinator required to join a rapidly expanding management company in the Leeds area. Your duties will be to ensure that all invoices both incoming and outgoing are administered in a timely and accurate manner, all in accordance with the company's agreed procedures, including appropriate sign - off's.
As the Financial Coordinator you will work closely with the Credit Controller to ensure that any issues with payment are chased and issues resolved, ensuring that we keeping debtor days within the targeted figures. To be proficient with I.T systems to enable financial information to be controlled. Prepare invoices, check supplier and sub-contractor invoices against original purchase orders, attend when required financial forecast meetings. In addition, you will provide the finance team with weekly and monthly batch information and contract invoicing.
