Job Description
Financial Accountant required to assume responsibility for the preparation of the statutory financial accounts and audit of the business. You will also assume full responsibility for the preparation of the audit schedules and consolidated quarterly VAT returns. You will also be required to manage a team of 3 Assistant Financial Accountants.
For the role of Financial Accountant you must be a newly or recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant looking for your first move into industry. Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, you will have the right combination of technical skills, interpersonal skills, drive and ambition.
My client is one of Nottingham's key Financial Services business who are currently undertaking a key period of growth. As part of their growth plans they are seeking to bolster the main group functions with the addition of key roles. The successful candidate into the Financial Accountant role will have an excellent opportunity to establish themselves in this organisation.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
