Job Profile
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a well respected Independent Broker and Actuary firm based within Leeds region. You will join a team of 3, supporting 5 IFAs across the range of pensions, investments and life assurance. You will provide support to the IFAs by carrying out product research including requesting illustrations and KFD’s and undertaking investment and pension fund analysis. You will present the findings and recommendations to the IFA in report format. You will prepare suitability letters and liaise with clients by telephone to obtain further information where required. You will attend client meetings as required. Applicant Requirements
Applicants applying for this vacancy must hold the full FPC or equivalent. You must either have paraplanning experience or, more likely, be someone with thorough life, pensions and investment administration experience wanting to move up to the next level. You must have knowledge of the CTP/Exchange and Microsoft applications desirable for knowledge of 1st Software. You must have excellent negotiation, telephone and time management skills.
