Job Description
My client, a well known global asset manager based in the City is now looking for an expense accountant to join their busy finance team. You will be working closely with cost centre managers and finance business partners to forecast, report, monitor and control the UK expenses.
The Expense Accountant will supervise a team of three who are responsible for processing expense transactions and analysing the expense base for the UK financial management team.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly expense report for the UK business, including variance analysis, production of quarterly expense forecasts, reviewing expense analysis required for the UK tax computation and analysis and reconciliations required by internal and external auditors.
The ideal candidate will be a newly or part qualified accountant with experience of forecasting and reporting and of managing a team. You will have strong interpersonal skills, strong excel and good attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a global organisation and expand their management experience.
