Job Description
My client, a FTSE 100 with an enviable reputation for delivering sustained growth urgently requires an interim Finance Manager.
The key focus of this role is supporting the FD to initiate and drive improvements to net revenue growth, cost efficiency and profitability. Specifically this will involve the preparation and analysis of financial information including the monthly reports and the 3 year financial planning reviews.
Duties
Provide financial decision support and drive actions for improvement on net revenue growth, cost efficiency and profitability.
Establishing appropriate understanding and awareness of financial performance indicators
Review of the monthly financial accounts with commentary for the monthly & YTD financial results against prior year & plan / forecast.
3 Year Strategic Plan Financial Evaluation & Preparation.
Design, introduce & train internal staff on the use of new commercial financial models which will allow them to make better more informed long term business decisions
Build and maintain effective relationships within the company at local and international levels
Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant
Have a strong track record of delivery
Be able to effectively influence senior management & marketers to drive change and improvement
Have strong analytical skills
