The Role:Responsible for management accounts, budgeting, planning and forecasting and preparing monthly reports for the Board.Work with heads of department to review the financial performance of the business, focussing on areas of improvement.Review systems and processes and create a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.

The Person:Qualified accountant with experience of preparing group management accounts and budgets within a Services lead organisation.

Highly commercial with the confidence to challenge senior managers and directors in order to maximise business efficiency.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
