Led by 5 dedicated Partners, you will have the supportive framework of the London team whilst benefiting from exposure to a broader portfolio of clients, across a range of industry groups. Your role will involve:

- Remuneration benchmarking.
- Advising on performance measurement.
- Design and implementation of executive and non-executive remuneration strategies.
- Global and UK share plan design, drafting, communication and implementation.
- Employment tax compliance for executive and all-employee share plans, both in the UK and globally.
- Corporate governance consulting.
- Investor relations consulting, including liaison with institutional investors.
- Preparation of remuneration committee papers, and reviewing and drafting of remuneration committee reports.
- Tax-effective structuring for bonus and other long-and short-term compensation plans.
