Job Description
Mixed Tax Manager / Senior Manager Job, Central London: A truly rare and exciting job opportunity to be part of this expanding market leading accountancy firm. This firm provides strategic planning and practical solutions in all areas of accountancy from tax through to audit for high net-worth private clients, entrepreneurs and their businesses.
Your job role will form part of the expansion of its management team. Your job role will be working closely with the partners offer technical expertise on both high level planning and ad hoc projects. You will be liaising directly with other professionals within the firm, overseeing a small portfolio of clients, responsible for creating long-term tax structures. The position will encompass in a wide variety of disciplines including VAT, corporate tax, personal tax, and focusing on transactional work including planning for corporate transactions and complex CGT planning.
You will ideally be an experienced Manager/ Senior Manager, with essential experience of advising on complex transactions and the interaction of all the taxes. You will be ACA and/ or CTA (or equivalent) qualified, with excellent interpersonal skills.
