Job Description

Based in London but with partners globally, my client is a leading boutique and a provider of specialist strategic, financial advisory and principal investment services completing over £5 billion of transactions in the past year. Their unique business model allows it to source, structure and execute transactions in the leisure industry for both private equity and corporate clients and co-invest in selected private equity transactions. Due to the strong level of activity in the leisure sector and their success over the past 3 years, the opportunity has arisen to recruit an Analyst to join this exciting and rapidly evolving firm. Your strong analytical and modelling skills, combined with entrepreneurial ambition and high-quality work ethic will position you to be a key contributor to the future results of the business. Suitable candidates will have at least a years' corporate finance / M&A experience within an investment bank, major accounting firm, independent boutique or commercial organisation. You will be seeking to apply proven acumen within an environment where quality performance, innovation and creativity are key. Priority will be given to candidates with post-graduate qualifications such as CFA, ACA or MBA or equivalent. The remuneration package will reflect your seniority, experience and potential and will comprise of a competitive base salary and bonus structure in line with market expectations.
