Job Description
A top tier London-based Wealth Manager seeks a Lead Development Marketing Manager to develop the leads and appointment booking capability in support of the bancassurance and wealth advisor populations.
You will develop their lead segmentation and management protocols to enable the identification and referral of appropriate leads to the right adviser or seller population. You will be responsible to establish processes and capability and support collateral to enable the distribution channels to identify, refer target leads and convert leads into effective appointments. You will establish lead generation initiatives to support this lea flow and target new and repeat business opportunities form across the customer base. As well as working with the marketing campaigns and communications teams to deliver winning initiatives, you will also work with proposition and sales management areas to establish lead plans in support of product launch and development initiatives. Critical to the role is that you create end to end lead management blueprint and embed it.
Knowledge of the telephony environment and how to optimise customer interactions and outcomes through these channels is essential. Also essential is a broader understanding of the marketing mix and how to integrate different elements, as well as knowledge of process design and customer experience management. Experience of the regulated products (investments, protection and pensions) would be beneficial but not essential.
