The role is to build and direct a disciplined sales team and marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of financial targets and excellent client satisfaction.

The successful candidate is likely to have extensive experience in the funds industry, and will be expected to demonstrate a profound awareness of the development of the fund management sector, the different types of funds, and their service needs in areas such as UK open-ended funds, UK investment companies, private equity funds, property funds and hedge funds. A proven track record in leading teams and developing new business within a similar environmentis essential, along with the ability to develop the firm's capabilities to match the needs of the industry.
