The role:

~ Build and direct a disciplined sales team and marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of financial targets and excellent client satisfaction

The successful candidate is likely to have extensive experience within the funds industry and will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

~ A strong interest in how the fund management industry is developing and in the different types of funds and their service needs in areas such as UK open-ended funds, UK investment companies, private equity funds, property funds and hedge funds

~ An appreciation of how to assist in developing the company's capabilities in order to match the needs of the industry

~ A proven track record in leading teams and developing new business within a similar environment
