Payroll Administrator Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
£17500 19000
Welwyn Garden City
Our client an internationally based company with a large high profile client portfolio is looking to recruit an experienced payroll administrator into their finance team situated in Welwyn Garden City. You will be working in a fast paced environment running a weekly payroll for a large number of employees so accuracy, speed and the ability to work to deadlines is adamant to this role.
Other duties include:
- Involved in day to day payroll duties and managing the SSP and holiday records
- Keying time-sheets accurately
- Setting up new starters (PAYE and LTD companies) and updating the system
- Processing leavers forms and issuing P45s
- Dealing with all pay queries providing information on tax queries.
- Working alongside the Personnel team
This role requires someone with experience of all payroll functions, good eye for detail, accuracy, must be a confident communicator at all levels and highly organised.
