Job Description

The role of Employee Consulting Group Manager (Expatriate Tax) will be based in the Guildford (Surrey) office of a top10 firm of chartered accountants. The role will consist of a wide range of responsibilities, working across all aspects of employer consulting work including dealing with expatriate employees on assignment, share incentives for employees, PAYE/NIC investigations and PAYE & NIC advice on expenses and benefits including company cars and private fuel. Duties may include being responsible for all the expatriate tax work across the region; help develop the ECG work in the office as part of the ECG team; liaise with partners and staff across the office in advising their clients on employer consulting issues and to provide advice to existing clients and for one-off projects on a variety of issues. The role would suit someone who has historically had an expatriate tax background who is keen and able to develop to be able to deal with all aspects of ECG work ranging from PAYE/NIC advice to share incentives. An element of the work will be to spot opportunities and develop the ECG work as part of the regional team.
