Job Description
Payroll Clerk required to work in a very busy office within a team of 7 staff. The payroll role involves payroll for 4,000 staff This is a weekly payroll and role mainly invoices collating all the information for payroll and dealing with any queries. There is a large amount of inputting of timesheets and hours worked along with an in sight into payroll and NI and Tax queries, working on a 9 - 5pm basis in an open plan office.
Must have some knowledge of payroll and be extremely numeric and accurate as well and being quick and efficient. High volume inputting so used to working with high volumes and working out any queries. The ability to deal with all payroll queries with up most discretion. You will be confident and a quick learner.
Near to the centre of Lichfield, a nice working environment, nice payroll team, quite a pressured environment and lots of fun. The company are a large and growing business in the service sector with opportunities around the uk and also room for internal promotion within payroll
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
