Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required IMMEDIATELY for well known and highly respected organisation based in Wolverhampton. The purchase ledger duties will include dealing with approximately 1000 invoices a month, ensuring invoices are paid on time, matching and filing invoices and purchases. Other roles for the purchase ledger will be reconciling statements, dealing with internal and external telephone enquiries, collection and processing of company expenses and other ad-hoc duties.
The ideal candidate must be available immediately with purchase ledger experience. You will be IT proficient and able to use Office, Word and Excel. You must be an organised purchase ledger, hardworking and enthusiastic whilst also possessing good communication skills. You must be able to work within tight time constraints and able to co-ordinate substantial amounts of information. Above all you must be able to work as part of a team and willing to work with an hands on approach.
Large company, locally situated just 10 minutes from Wolverhampton centre with good transport links are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis up until November 08. This is a hand's on role, With modern offices and a small but friendly finance team. Free car parking is available on site.
