Job Description
Regional Recruitment Officer required to report into the Regional HR Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from placing adverts to interviewing arranging assessment days and interviews through to offer letters and inductions.
You will have experience in an internal recruitment environment and ideally be available immediately. You will want to work within a target based environment with performance bonuses in place. You will be highly organized and have excellent time management skills. You will be considered if you have had a consultancy background.
My client is based in the West Midlands. They are looking for a Regional recruitment officer who is able to travel between sites. You will manage your own diary and be able to hit the ground running. My client is well established and can deal with sensitive client groups.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
