Job Description
Required a Human Resources Manager to perform a regional role aligned to one area of the business. You can be based from home or from your local site. The role will offer all the challenges that a regional role does. You will report directly into the HR director but you will align yourself to closely to the senior management team of your division. You will be responsible for key performance indicators and you will work closely with the business to deliver. You will also provide support on occlusions, restructuring and be a catalyst for change, coaching managers through all processes.
You will be CIPD qualified with excellent experience in providing Human Resources support to a multi site operation. You will be a commercial individual who has operated in a tough employee environment, so experience in offering a HR service in a manufacturing or sales environment would be preferential. You will be somebody who is focused in driving the business forward via HR you will have excellent communication and influencing skills. You will need to be creative and excellent at supporting change from both a strategic and operational basis. You will also be open to travel with in the role.
