Job Description
Recruitment Officer required for an excellent IT business in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have previous HR or Recruitment experience and be looking to take that next step in their career. The suitable candidate will have worked within an IT business before You will be responsible for meeting and negotiating with agencies, along with searching candidate databases for suitable candidates.
The ideal candidate will have worked within the IT sector before and have previous HR or Recruitment experience, you will be self motivated and have the drive to really progress your career. The company are looking for an individual who is professional and can come across with knowledge of IT. You will be confident with negotiating agency fees and be very people focused.
