Job Description
An Audit Senior is required for this well known and rapidly growing Top 40 firm in North London. Your role will be assurance and advisory based and will include leading and controlling all audit assignments, getting involved with ad hoc projects when they arise, and also 5 - 10% of your role will be spent helping your clients with special projects, such as implementing new systems or temporarily acting as a Financial controller for them. Overall your role will be hugely varied and very interesting, and you will learn many new transferable skills!
You must be a qualified ACA or ACCA and currently be working for a UK accountancy firm in a role at least 50% audit based. You must have exposure to clients with turnovers of at least 10m, and you must now be ready to work with larger and more complex clients that will provide you with a challenging, yet highly enjoyable work environment.
This Top 40 firm has a reputation for rapid promotions, and as such you can expect to be an Audit Supervisor within 18 months. You can also expect to not only work with high profile clients and have a mixed role, but also to work in a friendly and very supportive office, with a much better work life balance than the other large firms.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
