Job Description
Credit Controller required for a well known service sector company based in the Birmingham area. My client requires a professional credit controller to get stuck in the credit control department. Your main duties will include chasing outstanding credit owed by clients and reducing the aged debtor as well as setting up payment plans for clients to adhere to. Other duties will include liaising the litigation side and sending out final notice letters as well as checking potential clients credit history.
My client requires a energetic individual who has the drive and determination to be successful in a highly pressurised role. You will also be tenacious in your ability to retrieve payments and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will also be organised and be able to plan your day to day duties in a orderly manner to meet targets and deadlines.
My client are a professional organisation based in Birmingham and have built there reputation after providing a first class service to customers and clients, so they expect the successful candidate to mirror their aspirations. The credit control department is made up from a large team all separated into different sections and are based in their lively and friendly office. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week with on site parking facilities.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
