Job Description
The main duties will be; purchase ledger, data input and associated tasks. Close liaison with Financial Controller Verification & matching of invoices. Maintenance of subcontractor details/certification. Generation and tracking of all invoices outwards. Recovery of pass through costs. Debtor tracking.
The successful candidate will have experience with an accounting role and be a self motivated, focused individual with the ability to use their own initiative. It is essential that you are an effective communicator and are able to develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and personnel from other departments. Good working knowledge of Windows applications Excel and Word is essential.
My client is one of the worlds leading providers of property related facilities management services. Due to continued growth they have an opening for a Finance Assistant to assist the Financial Controller within our the North Nottingham office.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
