Job Description
Financial Controller is required to complete a newly formed management team and to provide a highly added-value financial service to the business. As the number one in finance the Financial Controller will be responsible for managing a small team and delivering quality and robust budget & forecasts, as well as controlling and developing the cash management. You will work closely with the non-finance community within the business in order to help drive forward this already growing organisation.
To be considered form this role you will ideally be a qualified candidate (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with experience of the logistics sector. My client will consider candidates who are QBE or from other sectors if you can demonstrate a pro-active and hands-on approach to your work.
My client is a UK based business that has enjoyed year on year growth. They have managed this through their strategically placed UK network and through key partnerships that have allowed them to expand into the global market. The business is looking to continue this growth in particular through the diversification of the services they offer.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
