Securing the right support, guidance and leadership for your enterprise asset management (EAM) project means obtaining assurances that maintenance teams will strictly adhere to the system. It also means anticipating the changes that accompany the new set-up and equipping stage with the means to ensure that the system ramp-up progresses smoothly. This approach will give the very best chance of attaining preset objectives, including traceability and savings on investment budgets and operating costs. It also eliminates the risk of implementing an EAM project which is unworkable, isolated or incapable of adapting to changes in the hospital structure. The role?
