Operations Systems Analyst (Management Accounts)
Central London NW1
£32,000 Plus Season Ticket Loan, Pension Scheme, Free On-site Gym and Pool
Our client is a leader in management education, consistently ranked among the top-ten business schools in the world. Their purpose is to develop break-through insights and successful leaders that have a positive impact on business around the world. An opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Systems Analyst to join their team.
In this role you will join the Operations department that's responsible for delivering end to end services to the School to support its key strategic priorities. Working within the Systems and Business Analysis team, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Systems Manager to deliver an effective and efficient systems service to the Operations department.
As an Operations Systems Analyst your duties will include:
- assisting with the implementation of new systems
- assisting with the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades
- providing effective day to day maintenance of Operations systems
To succeed in this position you must have previous technical experience within accountancy gained from working with accounting systems. You will also need to demonstrate an accountancy background ideally with some level of qualification, or at least an interest in studying towards one.
Additionally, as the Operations Systems Analyst you should be educated to a minimum of GCSE and A level standard (or equivalent), and you must be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve. Your strong customer service skills are also vital, as are your exceptional time management skills.
