£100k + Bonus + Equity London City Our client was named as one of the Top British-listed private equity investment trusts in 2008. They now have an exciting opportunity for a high calibre Finance Director to use their vision, leadership and commercial acumen to continue to drive the company forward. Reporting to the Board your key responsibilities will include: . Implementation and effectiveness of financial and management controls to monitor the financial and operational performance, funds flow, expenditures, income, and reserve position against budget and forecasts . Adherence with all reporting, compliance, accounting and audit requirements imposed by the capital markets or regulatory bodies . Successful preparation, presentation and approval of annual budgets, forecasts, financial plans, business plans and all other financial and business documents as may be required You will be able to demonstrate operational effectiveness, maximising profit from existing business as well converting new opportunities into a reality. Furthermore you will influence at all levels, driving a strategic financial agenda throughout the business to ensure everyone is striving towards the same commercial objectives with equal enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified and hold a recognised accounting qualification and will have proven experience with MBO`s and Exits.
