Job Description
Our client is an market leading major contracting business involved in a variety of areas including building, PFI and civil engineering. With a turnover of £1.5 billion and a healthy order book they are currently recruiting a payroll manager to work as part of the successful shared service team. Your duties will include managing and motivating a team of 10 staff, paying over 2500 monthly and 1100 weekly employees using DEMA, improving processes and procedures, improve productivity and cost efficiency as well as contributing to the implementation of a service level agreement and various ad hoc duties. You will have strong leadership and motivational skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
