Job Description

HR Advisor required to work in good sized HR team reporting into the HR Manager. You will be responsible for a pure generalist HR role looking after recruitment campaigns, maternity leave, employee relations, updating systems and various project work. You will be required to travel to various sites within a region and be able to forge relationships with managers. There are around 800 employees in total.
You will hold Graduate of the CIPD and have previous experience of a hands on HR Advisor role. You will enjoy all aspects of a HR generalist role and want to get involved with project work. You will cope with a pressurised environment and have a flexible approach to work. You will take part in employee opinion surveys for the organisation on a regular basis and drive forward relevant changes as necessary. You will be used to dealing with Managers and employees face to face.
My client is based in the West Midlands but has sites across the UK. They are a well established organisation but are keen to make continued improvements and take the company forward. They are a fact changing environment focusing on continuous improvement. They have a strong team ethic.
