Job Description
Assistant Accountant required to join a leading organisation in Leicestershire. As Assistant Accountant you will report directly into the Finance Manager and be responsible for recording cash transactions, VAT compliance and returns, journals and accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and progress within a business.
To be successful for the role you will ideally be studying towards ACMA or CIMA and have previous VAT, reconciliation, journal and cashbook experience. Reporting into the Finance Manager you must be able to communicate to all levels across the business in finance and non finance.
This large US owned manufacturing organisation based within the Leicester region is looking to recruit a part qualified assistant accountant into their growing team. With some fantastic opportunities available for the right candidate this business is ideal for a progressive individual looking for stability and a challenge.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
