Job Description
Reporting into the HR Director you will lead, drive and develop the implementation of a new HR & Payroll system, ensuring successful access and functionality, supporting change, transformation and development to ensure that the system is offering maximum benefit to the organisation. You will build the system in relationship with the payroll, HR and Recruitment departments. This is on a fixed term contract, initially for 8 months.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge and experience of implementing new HR and Payroll systems and of developing them in a way that suits the business needs. You will be available on short notice for contract work and be flexible in the fact that it may go on for longer than 8 months.
A successful organisation that has seen a lot of change recently in order to drive the business forward and to streamline its processes. They can offer a stable working environment with good support from colleagues and managers. Free parking will be provided and working hours can be changed to suit applicant needs.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
