Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the finance function of a large business, with overall responsibility of the AR, AP and GL processes, setting and agreeing cash allocation targets, implementing policies and procedures, month end closing, preparation and review of journals, balancing control accounts and supervision of the cash books and bank records. Some ad hoc projects will also be required within this position.
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience of working to set and specific targets, man management of a team of 5 including two supervisors, some US reporting experience would also be preferred along with some SOX experience and US Gaap.
Based within easy reach of the city centre this large US owned business is looking to recruit into their finance function, with excellent opportunities available for the right candidate, this will suit a dynamic, progressive and challenge driven individual who is looking for fast track progression.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
