Job Description
Interim HR Manager required to be part of a HR project team. You will be responsible for researching information on change management aspects, fact finding, recruitment and selection, TUPE, consultations and employment law. You will be required initially for 3 months and will have a public background ideally within a medical environment.
You will hold Graduate status of the CIPD as a minimum requirement. You will have had previous experience as a HR Manager or HR Consultant dealing with change management and TUPE. Your employment law knowledge will be completely up to date and you will have an excellent understanding of terms and conditions within the medical sector. You will be available from the 1st September.
My client is based in the West Midlands. They are part of a huge organisation within the medical sector. They are looking for a HR Project Manager who will hit the ground running in all aspects of change management.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
