Job Description

Finance Controller required to assist with the production of the monthly management accounts for the group; work closely with the Finance Director, maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with general accounting practices; assist with month end accounts and closure; assist with the year end statutory accounts for audit; assist with all aspects of taxation, including company VAT returns; manage the integrity of all financial ledgers (purchase, sales and nominal ledgers); deal with company reconciliation and reporting and provide financial input.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of managing a finance function and team. You will have a thorough knowledge of UKGAAP and have a keen eye for continuous process improvement whilst continuing to develop and motivate the team.
