Property Development Executive

Our client is a well known and long established property development group. They are involved in both residential and commercial property in Ireland and overseas. Their offices are a 2 minute walk from the DART Station.

Role
Reporting to the finance director and the commercial director in this long-established property development group, this position has arisen from the expansion and evolution of the group which is involved in both residential and commercial property, in Ireland and overseas.

Our client has a lot of interesting work in the pipeline and is looking for a committed and motivated individual to join their company. Duties will include but is not limited to;

• Management of Irish commercial property portfolio
• Rent reviews
• Overseeing of new lettings
• Site appraisals
• Liaison with property management agents/tenants/estate agents/solicitors
• Property research
• Monitoring rent collection
• Preparation and management of management company budgets
• Improvements in systems, procedures and policies
• Co-ordination of ‘in-house’ property management division
• Ad-hoc projects

Candidate

• Qualified surveyor with commercial property experience
• Experienced in lease negotiations
• A motivated, highly organised self-starter capable of taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
• Able to work independently
