Job Description
Our client is a leading Derby practice seeking a Corporate Finance Executive seeking employment within a successful and established team.
Corporate finance is an area of finance dealing with the financial decisions corporations make and the tools and analysis used to make these decisions. Working with experienced colleagues you will be undergo internal training to enable you to help you maximise corporate value for clients whilst reducing the firm's financial risks.
You will work on sales and purchases of business, due diligence, business planning and projects to raise finance for clients.
