Job Description

World Leading provider of information and data to the banking sector are looking to recruit a key senior professional to join their team following a significant growth period. The group currently operates on a global platform with operations in 15 countries and is rapidly growing both organically and through an aggressive M&A programme. They are seeking a technically excellent, qualified ACA/ACCA to join as a Group Senior Financial Accountant. The high level purpose of the role is to lead the preparation of the Group and UK entity statutory accounts, treasury management, tax planning, risk management, compliance, and to act as the group expert on all UK GAAP and IFRS issues. There will be an opportunity to get involved with integrating future acquisitions as well as ad hoc project based roles in this fast paced, acquisitive group. To be successful you must have strong PLC and group reporting experience, and come from a large practice background. The role may also be of interest as a move out of the profession for senior candidates with PLC exposure. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a highly visible member of the team reporting to an experienced Director in a developmental role, helping to shape the operations of the global finance function.
