Job Description
A Human Resources Business Partner is required to work with the senior management team to raise the profile of Human Resources. Within the role you will be involved with manpower planning, talent management, change management, reward management, employee relations and learning and development.
As the ideal candidate you will be a Member of the CIPD and you will be SHL Level A & B Qualified. You will have previous experience within a multi site environment as well as a track record of successfully delivering change programmes. You will be a charismatic individual who can operate at both a strategic and operational level.
