Job Description
Accounts Assistant required for a permanent position based in Aston. You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring all items balance. You will also deal with VAT and Instrastat returns and assist with payroll duties. This is a varied position and you will also be required to assist with project work and assist the company accountant on a day to day basis.
You will have experience in bank reconciliations and have been responsible for VAT returns, knowledge of P11D's is important and good Excel skills are essential. You will also have experience in using computerised accounts packages and be a quick learner. Flexibility and willingness to learn are also important for this role. The ideal candidate will be studying towards AAT.

Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
