Job Description
Credit Controller required for a permanent opportunity working for a small friendly manufacturing business based in West Bromwich. You will be working as part of a small friendly finance team and will have sole responsibility for the day to day running of the credit control and sales ledger function. You will be a friendly individual who will be able to adopt a firm approach and your daily duties will include chasing customers for outstanding payments, credit checking, raising invoices, cash allocation and other ad hoc credit control duties.
My client is looking for an experienced credit controller who will be able to build relationships with customers in order to minimise aged debt and maximise cash flow. You must be able to manage and prioritise your own workload whilst being able to help out with other areas of the business when required. Experience using Sageline50 would be advantageous but not essential.
My client is a well established manufacturing firm based in West Bromwich with an open and friendly culture offering a modern office environment. This company is easily accessible by public transport and parking is available on site. Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm with 20 days holiday.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
